is dependant on your seven chakras working in balance. Yoga is one method of attaining and keeping this balance.
Traditionally, each chakra is characterized by a particular color, shape, and number of petals. My chakra mandalas reflect those graphic origins. Of course, it is your choice to believe or dismiss
the symbolic meaning of these seven small
mandalas offered in this chart. The appeal of the
