Quaker samplers typically have some arrangement of motifs that provide a pleasing layout. This chart uses bits and pieces of floral Quaker motifs in a symmetrical arrangement called a mandala. I call it a Quaker puzzle, as the motifs interlock like a jigsaw.
It's charted for DMC, and shown stitched in a pastel palette on Charcoal 40 count linen by Lakeside Linens. It would look very nice converted to silks or done in an alternate selection of colors. I've provided the DMC numbers for the alternate way shown.
