Needlepoint kit for cushion or chair seat
Beth Russell has adapted three parts of Morris' Artichoke for needlepoint. The artichoke surrounded by the pink capped flowers was the first motif she adapted. The dark blue centre of this design gives it a dramatic depth. Printed on canvas considerably larger than the design, it makes an excellent choice for a chair seat or footstool. It would also make an attractive top for a workbox.
