Wow what great service. I put my order in Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday lunchtime. I don't usually buy anything online but I couldn't find what I wanted in Wanganui or Palmerston North so while looking through trade me I discovered your shop. Your team is outstanding! I have shopped in-store when lockdown was lifted and the assistant who helped me was stellar. Shopping online has been easy (there was a long delivery wait time when the August 2021 lockdown came but that is across any online shopping), and every other order I have placed online has been filled quickly. Any questions I had the staff were kind and patient which is always appreciated. This is my top choice store for my knitting needs. Thank you Ribbon Rose team!

I am a reasonably new, mostly online shopper, with The Ribbon Rose. The service I have received has been outstanding. They have a fantastic range of yarn, patterns and accessories. Questions are replied to promptly. The picking and packing of the online orders is very fast and my order generally arrives the next day.
