I haven't put the product to much use yet, but it does seem to 'melt' my polychromos pencils reasonably well. It turns the pencil into a sort of paste on the paper that can be moved around like thick watercolour, and it seems tricky to get an even result. I think I will be using it for very small areas of blending.
