These are FAN-TAS-TIC! At first these thermal thimbles seam superfluous, (just keep your fingers out the way, or use a stiletto, or just get used to hot fingers, duh). But then I used them, and nope, they are an essential. The ability to hold fabric close to the iron, or steam, or hold hot fabric WITHOUT singing my fingers really does make the whole pressing process more enjoyable, not to mention easier. Game changer.
