I first met Heather and Stephen in their early days at their dear little shop in Ellerslie. So many wonderful items in such a small space, no wonder they moved to Mt Wellington. And you were there are embroidery and quilting shows with more tempting wares. It seems that the reins are now being handed over to Jon and Tamsin and I wish you every best wish. Wow, I LOVE Ribbon Rose. When I get to a place in a project and urgently need an item, I have it the next day. When an item is not in stock, you can leave a request to be notified as soon as it’s in. When you need help with a new product to make a project work they are there for you with advise. You guys ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your team is outstanding! I have shopped in-store when lockdown was lifted and the assistant who helped me was stellar. Shopping online has been easy (there was a long delivery wait time when the August 2021 lockdown came but that is across any online shopping), and every other order I have placed online has been filled quickly.
