A cosy everyday layer for little ones, the kimono-inspired Mio Jacket & Hat are simple to knit and easy to wear. With clean lines, soft garter ridges, and timeless simplicity, they’re designed for lasting comfort; generous sizing creates an easy, flowing fit. The body is worked seamlessly in one piece from the hem to the armholes, keeping finishing minimal. Fronts and back are then worked flat to the shoulders and joined neatly. Garter-stitch bands frame smooth stocking stitch, with options for one to three buttons or toggles.  

A gender-neutral set made for everyday adventures.

Designed for 8–12 cm positive ease at the chest for comfort and growth. Cuffs are meant to be worn folded (unfold for 5 cm extra length).

Beautiful in 8-ply/DK 50g = 100m. Gauge 22 sts × 30 rows = 10 cm in stocking stitch after blocking (adjust needle size to match).
