Excellent and promprt service. I had originally purschased 3/4 of the DMC cushion tapestry wool from Lincraft Dunedin. Same code and both DMC but the suppliers are different. Lincraft / Sullivans and Ribbon Rose/Laine Colbert so there is a difference in shading in particular with code 7591. I didn't realise this when ordering. However this is my fault for not purchasing all the wool at one time from the same supplier before I started the project. Lesson learnt. I will still continue to buy products from Ribbon Rose. Good service. *Admin update* - Our DMC comes from DMCs official NZ distributor, it is highly likely that your other store is selling a parallel imported product intended for different markets. Hope this helps.
