I love these Rowan birchwood needles. The wood is so smooth and gentle on my hands. I also like their seamlessness. The yarn glides over rather than sticks in the metal joins because Rowan seems to have figured out as way for the metal part (between the wood and the flexible cable) to somehow become a smooth extension of the wood. These needles seem to be very popular because most of the sizes are now out of stock again!
