After two years crocheting with cheap hooks I bit the bullet and decided to purchase one of the most widely recommended hooks for a project I’m working on. Boy am I glad I did! The difference in smoothness and lack of drag is phenomenal. I’ve since purchased an entire set of Clover Amore and have stored my cheap hooks at the back of my closet.
