I have always felt an 18" add a quarter ruler would be a good non-essential and I am very happy with my purchase. The ruler is very good quality, the dispatch of my order was almost immediate and I had it in Northland within 2 days. The Ribbon Rose give excellent service to online orders. This isn't my first order from The Ribbon Rose and it certainly won't be my last. Very happy.
