A colleague recommended this piece as a good starter machine. Their first machine was the older version of this machine, which still works to this day. I've used a sewing machine maybe once before, but putting this together and figuring out how to use it took no time at all. It feels sturdy and can keep going for hours. I highly recommend this product!
