Christmas Hours
It’s been a big year, full of creative surprises and incredible support from all of you. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store for 2026.
If you’re planning to visit over the holiday period, we’ve made sure to stay open for most of it and would love to see you.
- 24 Dec (Christmas Eve): Open until 5pm
- 25–26 Dec: Closed
- 27–30 Dec: Open
- 31 Dec–2 Jan: Closed
From 3 Jan: Back to normal, open 7 days a week
Weekdays: 9:30am–5pm / Weekends: 10am–3pm
Office hours:
Our office team (phone and email support) will be running on a skeleton crew until 5 January. We may not be able to make changes to orders during this time. Please email requests when you can, as phone support will be very limited. Response times may be slower than usual while our support staff take a well-earned break.
Warehouse Hours (Dispatching your parcels!)
Our warehouse will keep dispatching parcels throughout the Christmas and New Year period. There may be small delays around statutory holidays, but disruption should be minimal. As always, we’ll get your parcels out as quickly as possible.
Christmas Delivery
If you’re ordering gifts, please shop sooner rather than later. We’ll keep sending parcels right up until 3pm on Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t guarantee Christmas Day delivery. Santa’s rules.
NZ Couriers has advised the following cutoff dates to expect delivery before Christmas. We recommend getting your orders to us before these dates:
- Residential & Business Address: 22 December
- Rural Zone Address: 19 December
