Soft and fluid in the brush stroke, compact and tapered in the tip, with excellent color hold and perfect shape, the 37 series is sought after at the highest professional levels, including the restoration of the priceless works of art in the Vatican. These are also top-notch tools for watercolor, ink, comics, iconography, glass, and ceramic decoration techniques. Using exclusively the tail hair of male Kolinsky sables, harvested in the winter when temperatures are particularly cold and the animal's fur thickens and strengthens to withstand temperatures that drop below -50°C, these brushes have extremely fine tips yet are highly elastic, perfect in form and function.
