Love these, I was a little worried as the lenses sit away from my glasses, but they work well. Each lense has a tiny number to indicate what strength it is - this is near where it clips into the holder. I love the box - sturdy and keeps things safe. I am using this for cross stitch, with the project in a floor stand and the lense over my ordinary glasses focus really well. Happy to recommend.
