It can be hard to find craft stores that sell fabric/embroidery supplies as well as fine art stationery. Ribbon Rose does both and has excellent customer service. One time I ordered 5 embroidery thread skeins but they accidentally sent only 4. They were quite happy to send the last one with free postage when I pointed out the mistake.
