Knitting Pattern for a cabled cowl, beanie and scarf designed for a DK 8Ply weight Alpaca Yarn - Indiecita DK Easy Wash by Alpaca Yarns. A trio of co-ordinating accessories suitable for the keen beginner to try out a cable pattern or a intermediate knitter to make up in next to no time!

The Beanie is knitted in the round on double pointed needles (or a combination of a 40cm circular needle and DPNs) while the cowl is knitted flat and joined with a seam. The scarf is worked flat.

Approx. measurements:

Beanie can be made in either a small 52cm-54cm circumference or 56cm - 58cm for a larger head.
Cowl: 19cm wide x 72cm long
Scarf: 15cm wide x 108cm long.
Gauge: 22 stitches x 30 rows over stocking stitch using 4mm needles.

Materials:
Beanie: Approx. 1 (2) balls of the Indiecita DK Easy Wash or between 112m - 230 metres of a similar weight DK 8ply natural fibre yarn depending on size chosen.
Cowl: approx. 2 balls or 230 metres of a similar weight DK 8ply natural fibre yarn.
Scarf: Approx. 3 balls the Indiecita DK Easy Wash or 340 metres of a similar weight DK 8ply natural fibre yarn.

4mm knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension.
Cable needle and Tapestry Wool needle.
